Pastor (Ing.) Hector Boye, SPE-GhIE, MSc, PMP, Acting Director of Operations of the Ghana Institution of Engineering, has over 32 years of experience in building & civil engineering design and construction as well as project, procurement and contract management. He is a seasoned project manager and consultant based in Ghana. He specializes in technical auditing, project controls and reporting as well as claims preparation (as-planned & as-built schedules, impacts and overheads) for development infrastructure and civil works. He has helped organizations in and outside Ghana to accomplish major project and change initiatives spanning a variety of sectors including water supply, sanitation, irrigation, power plants, transmission lines, housing, resettlement, transportation, coastal protection, public works administration, teaching and research. He provides strategic guidance to businesses as a certified project and change management professional and is one of the brains behind the Ghana Project Management Awards. As an international conference speaker, he has written and delivered papers on International Financing and Construction of Power Projects in Ghana. He is a co-author of the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK® Guide - Fifth Edition and has participated in the PROSCI Change Management Certification Program. Pastor Boye is an associate pastor of Covenant Family Community Church (formerly Soul Clinic International Church).
